Kutztown University Student Bookstore ships orders in 1-3 working days with the exception of holidays and/or breaks. Receiving time of deliveries will vary depending upon distance from Kutztown, PA.

TEXTBOOKS: You must have your receipt for a full refund.
The last day for a full refund is January 27, 2010. The textbook must be in the same condition
as when it was purchased. For returns for dropped courses (between January
27, 2010 and March 1, 2010), you
must have your receipt and an approved drop/add slip for a full refund.
Irregular textbooks will be exchanged for a copy of the same book.
There will be a restocking fee of 5% or $20, whichever is lesser, for web
orders not picked up within 2 weeks of the start of classes.
MERCHANDISE: Items other than textbooks may be returned for
a full refund with an original receipt within 90 days of purchase. Items
must be in suitable condition. Without your receipt, you will receive
selling price less 20%. Items determined to have a manufacturer's defect may
be exchanged for a like item. Open iPods, computer software, ink cartridges,
CDs, DVDs, and headphones are nonreturnable.
For payment by personal check (in store purchases only), the KU Student Bookstore requires 7 business days to process the check before issuing refund. Cash will be refunded after the 7 business days.
